    Why would you treat the scammer like an innocent guy? Honestly, you know the situation and everyone wants him to be banned.

    No ones treating him like hes innocent, but obviously if he did supply those accounts so this could be resolved he deserves a 2nd chance. I believe he should be put on high risk.

    High risk for 3 months untill he earns his ranks back seems fair obvious this report and trusted users have seen this report his reputation has been ruined but he should have a chance to redeem himself.

    I have previously posted in the defense that IceHunter is a stand up person. I have purchased roughly 7+ accounts from him.

    I sent him money for an account last week in which he did not deliver due to his "friend" cheating him for "$5000". I was promised a refund that never came so I escalated the matter on PayPal.

    Now the last account I purchased from him that he delivered, information has all changed and the COC has been "banned" due to "owner identity issues". The Gmail and Apple passwords have all changed a long with the recovery phone numbers. This makes no sense to me as two-step verification was turned on.

    He has not replied to my phone calls or messages in over two weeks.
