    I agree, simply stating 'I'm here.' to a response which you have been accused of scamming, is not enough.
    You did not even bother to contend or debate @Riccardo Boulin post.
    Looks pretty sketchy from my perspective.

    @Admin 48 hours has pass please take suitable action.

    And How I can get my money back from @ClasherID .I called Paypal they told me call the seller to give me my money back.Because @ClasherID told me to send the money as friend and family.Im really want my money back from him.

    @Admin @Middleman Does this mean that this dispute won't be supported anymore as it is not middleman transaction?

    So this mean for example if i scam somebody and he/she have solid proof that i scam him/her but as it is not middleman transaction no action will be taken against me?

    This dispute is already loud and clear that @ClasherID has scam @Riccardo Boulin.
    I think as both member are on Playerup its Administrator duty to look into the problem.

    Or else this may cause problem in the future.

    If it's just like that I lost my money thanks.99% people in this website use payment : middleman or paypal.I think if i choose one option if anything happen we suppose to help me.@ClasherID scammed me I show us all my proof.ClasherID don't show up nothing.We are still don't take action about this case.Lose $ 360 is verry hard.I asked @Admin one question they don't say nothing.Nobody is ready to help me about my situation even I show all my proof.

    For resume,I met @ClasherID here in this website.The account he sold me is in this website.I contacted @ClasherID in kik.We talked about the price after we finished to discuss he ask to choose one option between middleman or paypal.I choose paypal because i have a account in paypal.For the true I don't nothing about this website before.I had a friend he just tell me if I need some good account clash of clan visit this website: playerup.com . After I finished to send the money to @ClasherID he told me to make a screenshot about my payment and i sended him the picture.After a few minute he confirmed my payment in playerup and he tell me to send my email he gonna send me all info.1h passs,2h pass @ClasherID did not send me nothing.I wrote him in kik he did not say nothing.I keep writing him while today he did not reply my message.What can I say more ?? @ClasherID took my money and kept his account.He scamed me.I contact us about my situation try to help me please.

    help tagging @Admin and @Middleman

    the proofs are loud and clear, @Ricardo Boulin got scammed.

    I think admin must take action asap to suspend the seller on this case

    N.B This dispute happens before new policy or term and condition update.
    They didn't even care to banned the Scammer.

    The last thing I want to say,Thanks a lot @Admin.I can say my dispute is nothing for us.I don't have probleme with us.playerup is not a website people can buy something on it.That's my last time I use this website.A lot of scammer in this website steal money for people.Even we see the proof they still nothing for us.Thanks a lot @Admin again.I take a lesson today.Good Luck.We can ban my account if we want.Our website is not interest me no more.I dont to use that anymore.$360 @ClasherID stole with and he made another website to steal with people.I checked his website the account i paid.He put it in his website.Don't think Im gonna finish with @ClasherID.Good Luck.

    I have 1 fake dispute open which apperantly made system mark me as high risk
    And 2 resolved feedback negative and admin won't restore my account
    I don't think he's even active on forums anymore

    Disregard I found it.

    1). @ClasherID the evidence clearly showed you attempted to scam him. Why would you do this is my question?

    2). Since then @ClasherID informed us as of July 21, 2016 that the buyer has been refunded. Please confirm this @Riccardo Boulin. @ClasherID sent a payment receipt of a $360 payment. If this isn't the case and @ClasherID hasn't refunded you, then @ClasherID you'll need to copy and paste proof of the refund in this ticket, not privately.

    3). If @ClasherID did refund you then we will close this dispute and @ClasherID should be issued a negative feedback for this transaction but we will keep their account open and their same status since they did resolve the dispute.

    I tried to request my money 3 times @ClasherID always cancel my request.Today again i send him a request to send me my money back.He still don't accept to send me my money.That day i sended him my money it was verry fast.Now I want my money back @ClasherID don't want to send it to me.
