    I have 30 svreen shot becos my brother rec a video on monkey bosss.... after moneky him start scammed.my brother ..... the video have 25 min and all screen shots....but nothing...gameloft say is not there.problem becos my brother pass the username and password for him..... and i him no use illegal cheats him can get ban or back my account

    Well i understood only the half. The difference is, what you say them. When you say you got scammed.. well thats really not their problem. But when you say you got # or any diffrent reason. Iam sure thats gamelofts problem than. And they will do something. But to say "hey that guy scammed me" well than read the terms of use. Trading with chars is not allowed. So they won't restore it and they could ban the account also.
