Yes, thank you. As of now, you haven't been scammed - he just hasn't logged on. This is terrible from a sellers standpoint, but he hasn't logged on the site just yet - and suspending him won't do any good. If he does not log on for another few days, I'll be forced to take action. But for now, there's no reason for me to believe he's scamquit as you're the only one with an issue and this account isn't worth much. He hasn't put the account up for re-sale, so it might just be he's too busy to log on. This isn't okay, but he's had a good history on PlayerUp. I'm sure you'll get your account back. As of now, I'm putting this at 72 hours for @Delvor to log on. From there, I'll suspend him and once he returns the account he'll be unsuspended. I hope this is okay for you, and thank you for your cooperation.
@hesam what you can do its give him - negative feedback to warn other players for futher deals with him if i was you i did that and send admin a message because ryan is modator he can do not much then wait maybe delvor comes never online anymore so you lost your account and money.. Please use middleman next time so you wont be scammed but put negative feedback
He never paid money, he sent an account - and there's nothing admin can do but suspend him. All anyone can do is wait when someone gets scammed to see if they'll refund/give it back as he said. Leaving a negative feedback means nothing if he's suspended.
