    As much as i want to refund it, paypal is not allowing me it says i dont have the amount to refund paypal is holding the money. I will post it on resolution center to refund him.

    So how do you plan to resolve this if you can't refund him and have taken the account? You'll need to return the account to this person then.

    ARe you not aware on how paypal works?? The money is being held by paypal that means paypal will refund him after the resolution is done. Or he can cancel the dispute then ill give the account. But that would be impossible for now because the dispute is escalated already. Now its up to paypal to decide. Im pretty sure paypal will refund him his money. If not then i will give him the account. I cant believe you are a mod here u dont even know how paypal works.

    If PayPal is holding the funds, you can easily refund him through you resolution center. Just click you have not shipped the item and wish to refund him through your resolution center.

    Don't start attacking me here and getting aggressive when I am trying to resolve your guys dispute. I didn't initiate this dispute or cause this, you did and I am trying to help you so nobody is ripped off here.

    I escalated it because its not possible for me to REFUND because i dont have the exact amount of it! Paypal wants me to have the exact amount first so i can refund him. What choice do i have??? Escalate it, let paypal decide.

    I already contacted paypal thru email. I dont have the money to call paypal i am from philippines. Our telecom provider doesnt offer toll free call. I want this to be resolved As much as how you want this to be resolve. Also i didnt started this its his fault i gave him the account he didnt saw it he became paranoid he filed a dispute. I secured the account.

    hi both,im here,yesterday i made a payment and when i ask him if everything is OK,he tell me he dont see the money,i give him a capture of the transaction and then he give me another email adresse ,i was thinking is to make another payment to this adress,,he never told me that the youtube log in info! never! and he see my anglish is not my birth language,,,wwe can see it i think!. after i see the new adresse to make a new payment , i ask him WHAT ? plus 2 more message and warning about the complain im going to do if he not give news or a word to me,, then he never respond me, he act like a dead man ,he have my money and i dont have the chanel,, so i do what to do in this kind of case..i call paypal and i call playerup modo,, ,, then after he see this post he arrive here i,multiple insulte me,,im this,,im that... he sais that was the log in info RETARD !...

    THE SOLUTION i propose is to ,i gonna erase all complain everywhere. hes gonna get his money ,im gonna get my channel.,,OK?

    Personally, the way i see this is its just a complete misunderstanding. Seller gave the YT info but was not clear about it. Buyer got confused and they thought its another payment address. Doesn't look like a scam at all, just a simple misunderstanding.

    @Hulk was proposing to help you guys resolve this, now its up to you guys if you want to finish your transaction or just leave it the way it is and let PayPal do their work on the said matter.

    Exactly Roland,i understand now its a misunderstanding,im sorry for that,
    what i suggest is to finish the transaction i will close dispute here and on paypal and hes gonna get his money i will get my account. and thank you Hulk and Rolan for helping.sorry Pablo ,lets finsh this sell and next time will be better,
