If a buyer is complaining you didn't provide a service and we have no way to validate any of this, we cannot protect you as a seller. The more the communicate, the more you update your 3 way ticket, the more we have evidence to support your claim. This same rule applies really any website you sell on. Since the team could not validate the order was completed, ultimately the buyer exploited you here.
The three-way ticket is closed by you and the buyer is also banned When the order is not finished and I am sending it, you should not close a three-way ticket and there is a problem from you and your work.
