I just closed the dispute on PayPal, and already cancelled my order a couple weeks ago (no response from middleman). As for the $20 I sent to the seller through PayPal, I left the dispute open because if I close it, I will be unable to reopen it. If the $20 is refunded and I end up recovering the account with my email on it, I will send another $20 to the seller through PayPal
Claiming your e-mail was hacked and your account was taken. If you can e-mail support and say to change your e-mail as you don't have access to it - you can do the same when you sell it. There's countless methods for how to get an account back once it's been sold, hence why account trading is very sketchy. Even if you provide every little bit of info of said account to the buyer. If anything were to be sent to the company, you would lose as you're not the original owner.. The only way I'd buy an account is through someone who's trusted, and/or going through middleman and getting an insurance package.

You should never recall an account. Work to resolve the issue vs causing disputes. MM paid you what was due after fees and if you had issues you should have consulted with them and requested a revision vs taking the $69 and then recalling the account or just refunded the $69 and cancelled the sale. No matter where you go, what service you use, you pay fees. PayPal for example charges 4.4% + $0.30 per transaction now cross border which MM paid out of their pocket as part of your fees.
