    We're currently having Sending Limit issues with PayPal which is causing this delay on your payout. This has happened in the past, has been fixed but PayPal has set new sending limits again on our accounts. We're now asking sellers to switch to an alternative payment option as there is no ETA on when this will be fixed.

    If yo mean the dispute i think it has he got full acses to the account almost imeditly after i reclaimed it but the payment hasnt as the payment did got transferd and the dealy is in the months now
