    Hi, make sure to provide the original payment method that you've used back when you made the purchase for the order in your refund ticket.

    Yes, I did. I used the PayPal payment method in my refund ticket.

    @Help @Middleman I waited for the MM for almost a month just to cancel my order and the MM added credits to my account. Now, I'm waiting for the MM to help me withdraw PlayerUp credits to PayPal for 20 days now. I feel like I've been waiting for so long. I mean it is not that hard to understand me, and it is very simple. I followed all the instructions but never received a single word from the MM (only automated message). Please update my ticket as soon as possible. Thank you.

    Hi @Help @Middleman! I actually have the credits but I can’t withdraw it to PayPal even though I followed all the instructions. The middleman never responded to my ticket so I can’t cash it out. May you please help me withdraw the credits to my PayPal account? Thank you!
