    Try to reply back to that e-mail. What happens? It will bounce back undelivered. It's a bogus email.

    Again this is why PlayerUp will never ever conduct business offsite. It's too easy for scammers to con and scam you offsite. Everything is done on PlayerUp. Always 100% of the time. If someone wants to do business offsite, they run this risk but we will never get involved in offsite transactions.

    Again he is scamming you. The buyer is the middleman. He is the same person.

    GunnerBeanz = Seller
    Scammer = Buyer
    Scammer = Middleman

    He likely messaged you offsite, got ahold of your e-mail somehow, sent a fake email to you and that's how he baited you into this ridiculous scam.

    Don't tell them you were trying to sell your account. Simply say that you lost access, someone is using it and you need help getting your account password reset.
