    Those funds were not disbursed to the seller. You're blaming him for a pending transactions which were later cancelled and refunded. Now you're disputing this payment for a completed transaction. Those 2 payments were refunded to you.

    Okay so you're saying the account you purchased is not what you asked for, correct?

    In the PayPal Dispute you say:

    That the account information did not work.

    Here you say you never got the account.

    • Why are you using a VPN
    I'm not entirely sure how your account was unsuspended but the moderators did make the right decision. You're abusing the paypal dispute center disputing payments for transactions clearly completed. You were owed 2 refunds which were pending and both were refunded to you. Now you're getting greedy trying to dispute legit transactions. Your stories are inconsistent as clearly shown above and it appears you're just trying to get a "refund" as you wanted the higher end accounts but the seller cancelled.

    Obviously we cannot have you continue conducting business on PlayerUp as you're displaying to us that you cannot be trusted as a buyer.
