    Sometimes follower submission panels may have problems and sending them may take time!
    I never said they would ship very quickly
    I said they take time
    If the submission is very good, 2 weeks and the submission was not good because the panel was updating!

    2. Here he sells a product that he does not have. And even if he bought it (at least 2000 USD - this is the minimum price announced by the owner - @Hanzo ), he would sell it for 250 USD. Not obvious yet? Okay. As a result, the owner ( @Hanzo ) of that account opens this dispute.

    Now something for you. It was impossible to add 100K followers in two weeks already in September. Fall 30% minimum. This takes at least 50-80 days. Only a fraudster or a madman can take such an order. A ready-made 100K account can cost 400 usd, but buying adding 100K followers in September was not the best decision :(

    After the issue with the previous individual and Amir, and reflecting on my past deals. It is clear that I am uncertain of his integrity... rightfully so.

    I am in the business of buying/selling IG accounts, and was not fully informed regarding the amount of time it takes to send followers. I clearly stated to Amir that I CAN NOT WAIT MONTHS FOR THESE FOLLOWERS. He responded to me and said "2 weeks or less". NOT "2 weeks or more". Not more than 2 weeks. He said 2 weeks or less, and he only said this so that I would pay and confirm delivery, so that he could take advantage of the system and another honest client...
    A client of mine had plans for this account that have been completely halted due to Amir's false promises, and unprofessionalism. Not only this, but for some reason Amir still thinks he is entitled to extra time and money... Psychologically, I think this is a classic case of narcissism, but that is a different story.

    He said he delivered 17k and that followers will start today. Followers have been stuck at 16.5k and dropping for over 2 weeks. He took my money and did something else with it, and claims he spent it on a social media panel that has been updating for weeks... It seems he just makes up his lies as he goes at this point.

    Is my best option to call Paypal and file a dispute for the remainder of this transaction?

    Went ahead and suspended @Amirhossien69, if you want to remove your suspension and continue selling here then we advise you to resolve this case and reflect on your recent transactions that ended up like this to provide better service.
