    Buyer #1 with Kelsey is still pending?

    We will not be able to provide you any compensation for non middleman related transactions. Unless a 3 way ticket is opened, you are not shielded from buyer fraud. Neither transaction above had a 3 way ticket opened.

    @samy213 you have 1 3 way ticket you cancelled and 1 3 way ticket active now and you haven't delivered in either order. Those are actual middleman tickets. You deliver accounts to buyers that there is no 3 way ticket but when a 3 way ticket is opened, you don't deliver those.
