    Even though Discord was never meant to be used for buying and selling that kind of feature is still a huge flaw as anyone can just pretend to be someone else and i don't think Discord has the search feature that would list all users with the same username and/or tag.

    Had a TeamViewer with @Brainstorm79 to check his evidence about the impostors (total of 2) has been using the same username and tag as him on Discord and scamming a lot of people by doing so.

    I would suggest @Brainstorm79 to stop using discord completely for trading related stuffs.
    This kind of mistake may happen in future and i do not blame the buyer here.



    I do not know how that is possible but if they let anyone use tags of other users then how will someone find the person they are looking for?

    The case is - that i don't use Discord for selling or buying ! it's just messenger ! All deals goes through the website !
    I already reported fully both pages of this scammers to Discord support , they are currently working on it
