In my opinion this is a great base at $800-$900. The problem is even with all the gems you can't get the heroes to max and max hero bases are going for $1100-$1200. So $800 seems to be the right price.

just for full disclosure with all of you. whenever you see an account with that many gems and isn't a high enough person to be able to get the top 10 in a top clan gem bonus. the odds are there is a jail broken ipad, with imodgame on it.... not hard to max everything out when you can just create gems... im not saying im certain but... you need to start asking questions before you drop that coin

 

there is no way to obtain gems, don't give out false information and try to trash his sale.

 

yes there actually is a very easy way to trick the markplace or iTunes into thinking that it is recieveing payment, but you aren't sending them anything in return. and you can just make gems appear out of nowhere. how else would he have that many gems? he definitely didn't get them from the top clan bonus. because even if he was in a top clan, he wouldn't be in the top 10 of that clan to receive the gem bonus. unless he spent over 1000$ in gems. but why would you buy $1000 in gems right away when you don't need them. and you only get a # for $100 at a time? im not saying he definitely did it, because I have no proof. but people need to be cognizant of this. and I have had a friend buy a similar account with a ton of gems, then all of a sudden he got banned and was out of over $1000 dollars. Im just here giving people information. They need to ask the right questions before the spend that kind of money.

 

there is absolute no way to get gems for free, the program you are talking about is called iapfree or localiapstore etc. those programs don't work with clash of clans or any other half decent protected game, if we assume iapfree did work the coc account prices would crash like crazy and become next to worthless as you would be able to make countless new accounts and get them up to th10 fully maxed in 10 minutes, so do some research before you come trashing his sales.

 

you are actually extremely uneducated in this aspect of the game. there are plenty of third party programs that allow you to create gems whenever you want. how else would he have that many gems? tell me I would to hear ur reasoning behind this. this is no reason for a person to buy 10x $100 gem packs because that is the highest domination in which you get a bulk purchase #. when you have almost everything maxed, why would you spend 1000$ on ten 100$ gem packs, when you can just buy them when you need them? I had to learn about all of this the hard way, when my friend contacted super cell for the reason he got his account banned after his bought it. they told him that a specific program was used to illegally generate gems. so your saying supercell would just make that up. and you are taking your limited if any knowledge of the subject over cold hard facts told to my friend from supercell themselves. why don't you look it up before you make false claims about it being impossible when it clearly is. but answer my question from before. give me a rational reasoning why someone would buy 10 x $100 gem packs instead of a couple at a time when needed
