    So while I feel the abrasive nature of the private message regarding my ticket with PayPal was a little bold given the lack of follow through with the support here, I’ve tried several times in several threads to right this. I’ve messaged in the private group here and still have received no type of direction. It’s clear that insurance aside this is not a place you purchase from hoping for any type of buyer protection and I hope PayPal can see the lack of follow up and refund my purchase. This has been a terrible experience and to this point a complete waste of 1k. While I’ve been made COMPLETELY aware by @Middleman my insurance will be void if PayPal refunds me, it seems as if the insurance was a complete waste anyway. I was told “we’re giving the seller 48hrs to respond” Almost 3 weeks ago now with nothing done other than banning his account, which as anyone can tell he’s probably opened Three others by now.

    I mean cmon this is the same account being sold again, hoe many people get scammed on here daily?? Do you not verify these sellers his location is even the same in the profile.

    No one gets scammed if they use playerup middleman.

    Is this some type of joke?? I was told by @Middleman to close my PayPal ticket and they would resolve my refund. This was Friday afternoon. I’ll be calling PayPal again today to open this again based off the luring that’s been displayed with false details on resolving this matter. @Support @Help

    @Support @Middleman @Help can someone please get me a refund I’m responding here in the private message and nothing is resolved. I closed the PayPal case as I was asked and was told I would receive refund if that was done.

    @Help @Support @Middleman this was started 9/2, we’re well past a month. I’m not trying to be a love you but does your company not care about the customers? This is why I opened the PayPal case and why I feel I need to contact their special investigation line. No one is helping, you respond 3-5 days after I ask something if at all. I was told by @Middleman that “if I close the case I could get a refund” yet nothing has happened.

    @Help @Middleman @Support hello I’m really trying to be patient but even the moderator responsible for this task isn’t responding, your own staff is asking to check this ticket and no response has been made now for over 72hrs. This is becoming just as fraudulent as the individual selling accounts on YOUR site. I’m asking one last time, I was ripped off for 900+ dollars on your site using a service that you claim protects buyers. If I don’t get a response with some type of resolution on my ticket I will be submitting another ticket to PayPal on this purchase except it will be against player up this time, I have loads of content showing where I’ve been attentive to this matter and all request and your staff have ignored my plea for help, after purchasing your insurance and using your secure buying platform. I was asked specifically by a playerup moderator to close my PayPal ticket and this would be refunded, PayPal has informed me after speaking that if there isn’t a resolution they would allow me to reopen my case and escalate although it may take a bit longer than going through you. so I’m asking, PLEASE close out this case as I clearly got ripped off and refund my money.

    The dispute you opened triggered this delay otherwise this would have been resolved weeks ago. I will forward to legal now to see if the dispute is closed and then we can proceed accordingly.

    I would disagree that the response time of 3+ day’s triggered that scenario but I’m grateful for the help and response, the case has been officially closed I have the email and uploaded screenshots here. Thanks

    I still have not received any notification since 10/13 that this has been resolved since going to legal. The dispute was closed with the PayPal department which @Middleman instructed me to do. Please update I would like the refund we’re at almost 2 months now

    @Help @Support @Middleman someone needs to reply I’m trying to be nice and give you time but I have not had a response in a week from any of you. I was also scammed by middle man your own employee by asking me to close my PayPal ticket and “this would all be over” I’ll be using that to refund my purchase through them if I can’t get help here. This has been the worst buying experience I’ve ever seen your customer service has been terrible even when you’ve allowed a lowlife to scam me using your “un-scammable” middleman service.

    @Help absolutely not, this response from @Middleman was two weeks ago with no response yet my dispute with PayPal has been closed for almost a month. There’s clearly no desire to help here and we’re coming up on 2 months when your site allowed me to get scammed and your support system asked me to close the only support I actually received through PayPal, also scamming me. I will be speaking with PayPal today about options and seeking outside legal counsel simply to prove a point, I refuse to let this poorly ran site win and I have enough content to clearly show a very obvious lack of communication and help.
