    My job is to handle the dispute. I've read the information provided in front of me and came to the conclusion you need to help him get the account back. That was my neutral feedback. You have done that, so as far as I can see the dispute is over.

    I'm not here to pick sides, I'm here to see both sides walk away how they did previously. You didn't know the rules since you still claim it isn't "your responsibility". I wanted to point out you are wrong so there aren't issues in the future regarding this.

    I won't reply any further since we're going in circles and you obviously don't like someone asking you to do something. We'll wait for @coffe5637 to confirm there are no issues with the account or if he doesn't reply in 48 hours assume everything is okay and close it.

    i need the buyer to contact me and give me security codes sent to their number or email so i try and unlock the account!
    and you understand i cant go and beg them for this i have already asked them 10 times here ! and i have given my full information to contact me

    im not worried but i understand in the eyes of a new potential buyer this kind of false dispute will ruin the brand that i have worked 24/7 for thats all
