    This scammer has change my password and email and user id for elder scrolls online. I can't log in and return this bogus account back this scum seller. I want a full refund now questions now11 or I'll take this court and press charges on this operation now!!

    The seller user name is Revaza28 and I want my refund now because the seller change my elder scrolls online account, and now I can't return it back to the seller for a refund because it was a bogus account.

    We were asking for you to provide proofs multiple times yet you failed to provide it even in this dispute you are repeating the same things you already said on your first dispute ticket.

    what a mess.... 1) how can I delate his mail... I have already upload many screen of my acc and in the middleman conversation is proof that I give him everything and he said that acc was empty without any CP but i am also upload screen that acc was as decribled (buyer first lie)... (acc id, pass, change mail, secrect quetion..) after this how can I change everything?????? if i have such skills than i will go hack a bank.... first I have screens that acc was as decribled and screen that I give him every info of my acc....

    hi is lier... after I give him acc info and i change mail to his mail... he change everything ID, pass, secret quetion now he tell that forgot to update info but i have proof (mail from eso, that mail was change)

    In my side. I will vote for the buyer. Because he can pull the account by contacting the support. Please tell him to provide the email change he got by the support after it was changed. Or provide proof that u never got it back

    You have failed to show any concrete evidence, the only one you showed can't even be considered as one as you could just put a wrong password and then took a screenshot of it.

    As far as i know you are not being 100% truthful here, you reported the issue on 8/20...

    I asked you to provide proofs the same day...

    Went silence since your last reply on 8/21 and only got back to us on 8/27 but instead of providing proofs you said this which tells us that you kept playing the account even tho you were claiming that its not what you purchased...

    I asked you again to provide proofs of these claims but you still ignored it...

    When i told you that the proofs you sent weren't enough and asked if you could show more like an email notification of when the account info were changed you said this...

    You, thinking that we are working with the seller is absurd just because we are not doing what you are asking and send you your refund but from our point of view you are the one who is stalling this case by not submitting any proofs to support your claims here.

    If your email was really deleted then contact gmx's support team to help you recover it.

    no i am not owner i have bought clean acc in march... than plaing all quarantine time and i was using eso+...
