    Hello, just out of curiosity. If monetization is already enabled doesn't that mean you need to go through multiple security procedures just to actually start receiving money.

    From what I know, if you have monetization enabled on a channel that would mean you have a confirmed address on Google Adsense. Meaning you would need to contact Google to let them know you have "changed" countries... which from what i've heard is a pain in the ---.

    Or do these accounts not have a Google Adsense (just yet) connected to them instead have monetization enabled but not finished? Just curious
