there is no mail stating that i want to get my account back My guess was that when the entrance was made from a different country after the sale, the kabam detected and punished it. account sharing is forbidden, the purchaser must own the account by taking this I emailed it for this and they say the same to me " account processed because two or more players can verify ownership of the account , so it can no longer be secured this violates our terms of service sharing information used to log in to a password account, such as kabam ID, and sharing information used to verify account ownership "
Emreusta While I appreciate you finally looking into this on your end. There is a couple problems with what your theory is. First you have sold many accounts and I assume they are out of country and this has never happened. I have never heard of this happening either. People move and get different jobs so a system that bans after changing countries seems very far-fetched. I have tried to look up to see if this has ever happened and have not found one case where someone was banned for switching countries. Also since the account is banned my email should still be linked to it which it is not. By that I mean if I logged into it would bring me to the perma ban screen vs saying my email is invalid and not attached to an account. @Help @Jconnors815 I appreciate the help that you both have done during this process. Now that we know for sure the account is not coming back is there anyway to credit me or get my money back. I did purchase the insurance, I have shown my proof. I have been accused and now another pretty crazy theory as to what happened. When the simplest answer to what happened is the Original owner (Not @emreusta ) took back the account, then I immediately tried to get it back and it was perma banned because they could not verify who the true owner was as stated in the email.
