    This order was never activated. Transaction automatically voided back to the card. Bank should have or is in the process of returning those funds to the cardholder. You are not billed through PlayerUp when you pay by credit/debit card until AFTER the seller delivers and since the order was never activated, transaction auto voided itself automatically.
