    Just dropping in to give you advice, 90% of people on here but accounts for high level pushing and/or war. For both of these things you need good dark troops and heroes which this account does not have. I would be willing to go as high as $75 for this base but the amount of DE farming and time still needed to make this account playable is a definite negative.
