2). Yesterday @Chas Knapp you wrote a comment saying some sellers aren't comfortable going through a middleman. It seems you are saying that only because your intentions are to rip buyers off. Prove us wrong.

If you fail to respond within 12 hours, you will be banned. There is an alternate way we can assist the buyer at getting a refund regardless if you cooperate or not. - The seller appears to be using a fake PayPal Account using someone elses identity or the information is completely fake.
- It's clear Chas Knapp is purposely trying to fraud you and planned this before you decided to do business with him.

Effectively immediately, @Chas Knapp has been banned. His personal information is now viewable publically and it will be available for employers or anyone he intends to do business with in the future.

Additionally, we are fining Chas Knapp 2 hours of administrative work subject to our Terms and Conditions he agreed upon when registering with our website. The total amount due is $75.00 USD which includes the collections fee. Once he pays this and @Louie receives a full refund, we will remove and delete this dispute including all personal information now located on the first page. If he doesn't respond within 10 business days, we will transfer this amount to a collection agency and notify all his family members and relatives by facebook. Did you file a dispute as we described you to do? Need to call them. Meanwhile we put the guy in collections for the amount he owes you and his fine. When he's ready to be legitimate and repay you, then we can close his issue.
