Buyer "Baymi" Stole Account Back After Playerup Released Payment.

    The Fact that the Buyer did not Disclaim that the account was not his to begin with already connotes Fraud. I have also ascertained how the account was taken away despite all my Changes to the Account's Security Features. It was through a Retail CD Key used as a means to bypass security measures and lock out the Account. Steam Has however decided that because of the steam support ticket I submitted that the Account be put on Lock-down (The Account Details Cannot be changed, the account cannot add friends, nor do anything until the issue is resolved.) If Baymi can provide a retail CD Key that he used in the Account then I will be able to try and recover it through Steam Support. retailcdkeys.png
    This is an Excerpt from the Steam Support Ticket I opened, also I looked up what happens in situations like these unless the standoff is resolved the Account may be permanently suspended,deleted or locked indefinitely by Valve.

    It is Highly Likely that the Account will be Permanently Locked by Valve. In this case No one Wins. But Since Baymi failed to apply in his transaction that he bought the account from someone else.
    Attached Here is Some of the Details From the Listing of Baymi. He Even Listed that he has the Original Email of The Account. (I think that the Account is currently reverted back to this Email.)

    This is my form for selling accounts and I pointed it out when I was selling other accounts, and dont havet sd-kay because the account was not originally mine, and in the article I forgot to fix this item

    An apology cannot be accepted, you need to compensate the buyer by replacing the account with equal value or by refunding the full amount.

    Also The account has now gone Completely Private. Steam Has Stated that if someone can provide the Exact Past Email they may be Able to Recover the Account. Please Provide all the Details you know @Baymi. @Middleman @Admin Am I still entitled to some kind of refund or reimbursement if the Seller just decides to have his account blocked and run away with the money?     I don't really remember but I do think I paid for Insurance from the PlayerUp Middleman Service. If I am not entitled to refund then that's sad. I did follow PlayerUp Middleman Services all throughout this account transaction, unfortunately in under 30 days the account was reclaimed by an unknown party (possibly the accounts original owner or Baymi as he has refused to be of any further assistance). Nevertheless Thank You For Your Support. I'm sure we will solve this Dispute well.

    It doesn't matter from where you bought it.The buyer purchased it from you and according to the buyer u have nowhere mentioned that you're reselling it and u take no responsibility if anything happens in future.

    So it was ur mistake only so in this case you got 2 options
    Talk to ur buyer and solve it mutually.
    or if u decide to not refund u will get either a negative feedback or your account will get suspended.

    Now it's upto you if u wanna do businesses here or walk away without refunding.
