    can you state that the issue is resolved so also finely can get on
    whe just have to wait on epic games for an email back but in that time you can still play on the account with the
    information of it send trough private chat

    I’m not going to mark the issue as resolved until it’s actually resolved (either I get the account with the email changed, or I get my money back)

    You're protected here so yes. Properly file a cancellation but cancelling your order in your 3 way ticket and closing outside disputes. Let me know when done.

    But whe just agreed to change the mail for the account and he gets the account back and I get min account unsuspened I send the mail to fortnite and It will probably take 3 days to get an answer

    I just closed the dispute on PayPal, and already cancelled my order a couple weeks ago (no response from middleman). As for the $20 I sent to the seller through PayPal, I left the dispute open because if I close it, I will be unable to reopen it. If the $20 is refunded and I end up recovering the account with my email on it, I will send another $20 to the seller through PayPal

    Claiming your e-mail was # and your account was taken.

    If you can e-mail support and say to change your e-mail as you don't have access to it - you can do the same when you sell it. There's countless methods for how to get an account back once it's been sold, hence why account trading is very sketchy. Even if you provide every little bit of info of said account to the buyer. If anything were to be sent to the company, you would lose as you're not the original owner..

    The only way I'd buy an account is through someone who's trusted, and/or going through middleman and getting an insurance package.

    I appreciate that information. At this point, I don’t think I can trust the seller given the number of times I’ve been lied to. Is there a way to get a refund through middleman services?

    Seriously I already asked to change the mail what you want and when did I even lied to you
    I told that is changed the info because I got 69 dollars instead of 80
    But I don’t even care anymore I just want my player up account I unsuspended so just take the account and it will be on you’re mail

    You should never recall an account. Work to resolve the issue vs causing disputes. MM paid you what was due after fees and if you had issues you should have consulted with them and requested a revision vs taking the $69 and then recalling the account or just refunded the $69 and cancelled the sale. No matter where you go, what service you use, you pay fees. PayPal for example charges 4.4% + $0.30 per transaction now cross border which MM paid out of their pocket as part of your fees.
