    This user simply makes new accounts to sell the same content over and over again, his previous accounts are either high risk, suspended or banned as he never delivers anything advertised.
    Many of the content advertised are sometimes pulled from other topics or from other places, he doesn't own any of it and he has been found trying to sell already banned accounts.
