I have around 90 USD on steam funds and i do not play steam games or plan to use it anytime soon (done with gaming), im looking for a decent exchange rate of 1 USD for 1.3 USD on steam (Free 20 bucks) 1 USD PAYPAL : 1.3 STEAM FUNDS

So basically if you give me 70 USD on paypal , i'll give you 90 USD on steam ( or buy whatever you want)

Example : A game/items cost 90 dollars total on steam, you only have to pay me 70 in paypal and I'll exchange it for 90 usd

I also accept tf2 keys due to easy exchange in cash for them.

ex: ( 29 keys for watchdogs etc)
