Have 6 decked out Bridge officers, two promoted "Very Rare" purple BOs, most have all skills maxed out with an ADDITIONAL 20,000 bridge officer points in case you want to reskill. 2.7 million energy credits to use to re-spec any ship you want. Now that the exchange market has settled down, you should be able to buy a lot for that much. I also have a Very Rare *HUMAN* Science officer up on the exchange currently for 4 million EC. He has two mk iii space skills, including one that isn't on any other science officers on the exchange.
