Selling WTS APB Pre-order Account for EVE ISK. R259 Enforcer, R125 Crim, over 1 mil APB cash

Looking to trade a pre-order APB account, with a R259 Enforcer, and R125 Crim on the LaRocha server. The Enforcer is my main, and has the NL9 unlocked, as well as L3 Cuffs unlocked, though I have a pair of L4 Cuffs on him. The account also has just over 1300 RTW pts., enough time for 3 months, roughly equivalent to $30. My Enforcer also has over 1 million APB cash, is rank 40 with Tigers, 29 with Praetorians, but 6 with both boss contacts, 6 with all Tiger contacts except one, which is at 4.

Other noteworthy items on the account include all the pre-order benefits (cars, costumes, emotes, etc.) and still has the 50 hours of gameplay from the initial purchase. There is also a Savage 3 and a mail from Justin Teng, the final Praetorian contact, with any Level 3 upgrade of your choice, it hasn't been picked yet. Various 3 slot preset weapons, as well as various 2 slot open weapons, OSMAW rocket launcher, OPGL lethal grenade launcher. I also won the "Most Arrests by an Enforcer Clan" monthly, and was rewarded with a 3 slot preset Jericho, with Steel Plating 3, Quick Repair 2 and Chassis Strengthening 2. All available character and equipment upgrades slots are unlocked.

I'm only looking to get 1.5 billion EVE ISK as a trade for this account, which I believe to be an excellent price given exchange rates of the currencies. Please post here if you are seriously interested in purchasing this account.
