Buying WTB Warframe Founder Account - PREF LOW MASTERY RANK

Hello, I've been playing the game for quite some while, and am looking for an alternate account for a few reasons (namely status and Riven mod capacity). I'd prefer to get a lower level account, seeing as leveling is one of the most rewarding parts of the game, and I'd very much like the opportunity to use a Founder account while doing so (as Excalibur Prime is pretty sweet).
I'd be interested in buying any account that's at least a Founder-Hunter level and is anywhere between MR 0 and MR 14, and I'm not looking for much in terms of collectibles/mods/other warframes than Excalibur Prime that the account may have, so the price will be according to those aspects.
The price range I'm looking for is about $100 USD (Barebones MR 0 account with just Excal Prime and Hunter Founder level) to $200 USD (Mid-range to higher level account with some items/other prime gear/good mods).
