    He's reporting potential / clear scammers. There is nothing wrong with what he is doing.

    As we have already mentioned to you, we DO NOT allow multiple accounts to be opened.

    We only have 6 rules at PlayerUp. One is not opening multiple accounts. 2nd is not spamming which you're doing by opening multiple accounts to spam listings which is prohibited.
