    1). Go to your 3 Way Conversation Ticket
    2). In the upper right corner, click Change Order Status (Blue Icon) and select Buyer - Cancel Order
    3). Wait for an agent to process your cancellation

    Hi, I requested to cancel the order. I wanted to know, what if the seller doesnot respond to my cancellation request? (because the seller is not active anymore on this website). Will i get a refund without his reply or confirmation?

    Middleman will accept the cancellation if seller doesn't respond on the 3way for 72 hours.
