so i got a best buy refund done, 1.6k for laptop. I returned the replacement. However 2 days after the refund, an investigation was placed saying they wanted to retrieve the defective merchandise. However i was on vacation during this whole time. they came monday, tuesday, and wednesday. according to my best buy account today was the last attempt. The only reason i know any of this is because i got those missed packaged slips posted to my door and i called UPS thinking someone sent love you to me. What is going to happen? are they going to rebill me because they werent able to get anything? Should i call up my credit card company and say I lost my card?
