Currently doing a Se for an omen monitor i was given 3 options but the cs rep. 1.We can either send you a box for you to send the broken back to us. Once we get it we send you the new monitor. 2.The other way is to request a collateral using your bank card. That way you receive the new monitor before sending the broken back. 3.The last solution is to go through a review with our service center. They will request several pictures of the monitor and a proof of purchase and then send you the new unit. Just thought i'd put this info out there. Im trying #3 so if anyone has pictures of omens for sale im buying (would like pictures of all 4 models) however i would've done #2 if i would've had a prepaid card ready.
