Why this seller is keep cancelling orders ?

    Why is this seller keep cancelling orders? This is my second order that he cancelled. I cant keep paying fees like this.

    Can you please look in to this?

    How do I cancel my order?
    If in event you need to cancel this transaction, please do the following:

    1). Go to your 3 Way Conversation Ticket
    2). In the upper right corner, click Change Order Status (Blue Icon) and select Buyer - Cancel Order
    3). Wait for an agent to process your cancellation
