Resolved Why does it take a very long time to complete a transaction

    is there only one middleman who operates all the deals on this entire site?
    I opened a transaction and want to cancel it and it has been three days no middleman has replied, also, I want to purchase another account instead and was wondering if the charged amount can be transferred to another purchase I’d like to make
