Pending Why do I have do wait for the buyer to be verified?

    Recently I sold an Instagram account and I've been waiting for 4 days now for my payment. However when I go to ''pending payments'' it says ''waiting for the buyer to be verified''. Why? Why do I have to wait for him? Why would you let an unverified person open a trade in the first place? What if he is never going to verify his account? He owns my account and I still don't have the money.
