Where s my moeny

Hello i sold 2 of my genshin account via middleman and i put my main email which is ([email protected]) and the selling went fine the middleman told me that the money will be recieved in 1-161 hours . and now it's been almost 5 days with nothing and i got no answer saying that i got the moeny in the balance . so please can you give me an explanation to what exactly happend ? did i get scammed or what ?
