    World boss areas, Mato, IB, etc. they spawn once in a blue moon and there's no announcement so goodluck!

    Their is an announcement actually they tend to spawn in pvp zones anywhere in the map, after an epic mount spawn they usually spawn after in a different part of the map good luck and happy hunting their fast btw
