When does the courier/postage company catch on?

    If you keep saying “parcel didn’t arrive” do company’s check with the courier or postage firm or do they just issue a refund or replacement to you (providing you aren’t doing it on a weekly basis with the same company) or do they check every time with the post service/courier? Was thinking if they did check it may look a bit suspicious that only your parcels go missing on the regular lol?
