So did a fairly large order from them and was signed and delivered to a neighbor. I decided to go with the empty box, but on calling them they had told me the parcel had been weighed and that this was unusual to happen. Also I had to sign that form to say I never got it, the courier was hermes so I know they don't usually way at their depots, so not too sure how to go about this.
