What do you use for payment and addresses

I understand that after a while, you’ve used up all the stores on you’re card and and address. What do you guys use after this? VCC? VBA? Also I understand there are reshipping websites. But I heard a lot don’t work much anymore. If anyone can help me out, much appreciated.
