I have some power tools getting delivered to my work today I was planning on getting a full/partial refund on using either item missing or "wasn't signed for by anyone from my work" methods. Just looked at tracking info on the UPS website (uk) and it shows weight as 12.0kg which is probably about right, but seems too exact for me to believe it was actually weighed? Does this throw the item missing method completely out of the window? Thanks Rsooty
