Looking for someone to take down a website as many times as possible, take down a certain IP address, possibly #/DOX the owner of the website ( I have some details of him ) . The only reason I'm requesting this is as I am developing a runescape private server, He agreed to help me and write some code for 400$, I paid him for his service and he instead didn't complete the work, but take my files and he is attempting to host my server code. I need someone to help me take him down and threaten him further to stop trying to profit off my work. Plus he stole 400$ from me. Im willing to spend that much and more to get him back...
