Was this a successful Logitech SE?

    After a couple of messages back and forth and after sending my shipping address I was sent this message from Logitech:
    "Your warranty claim has been submitted. We will let you know as soon as we have updates regarding your case."
    Now this sounds fine to me, does this mean that the SE has most likely worked and that they will ship out the item soon?
