I made a purchase for an account on this platform with the transaction Id of 8404401466 this purchase was made over a month ago and I was charged the money the moment I purchased and the transaction was supposed to be completed then but since you guys just completed it I was charged twice and now my account is in negatives I would like to dispute this purchase because I had already paid there is no reason why I was charged again when the money was already taken and never put back.
