    What is email spoofing?
Email spoofing is the forgery of an email header so that the message appears to have originated from someone or somewhere other than the actual source. Email spoofing is a tactic used in phishing and spam campaigns because people are more likely to open an email when they think it has been sent by a legitimate source.

How are they trying to scam you?
We have received reports that 1 or more individuals is spoofing our email @PlayerUp.com in hopes to get you to provide your account information. In short they will send an email from our email informing you to reply to another email with your account information (email spoofing). While they have no control over our email server they can however send from another 3rd party host (this is a scam) using our email name acting as if they're us with hopes you'll then email another email address as you can see below.

Do you use K,I,K, Line, Skype, or another messenger service?
No. All middleman transactions are done through PlayerUp.com for security reasons. Anyone who attempts to contact you through a 3rd party messenger claiming they are us is fraudulent.

When should I release my account information to the buyer?
Never release your account information unless (@Middleman) contacts you through the PlayerUp Conversation Ticket System. We will never contact you through e-mail, K,I,K, line, skype, or any 3rd party service. All middleman transactions are done through PlayerUp.com for security reasons.

If you reply back to the [email protected], then you're safe but in these cases they're
