Day #2 I got an in game chat through the company that said user was trying to undergo from my iOS account. Then j hadn't played for a few days due to holiday. I log into find out the seller joined back his old clan and has been playing. I notified mm after the day #2 incident and he stated. "If seller is paid you will be upgraded to free insurance" have pm to prove. Okay so seller gets paid. And now the sellers using the account and has my money. I don't want the account back. But they said I could get an new account for value I paid. I picked one out and then they want me to wait for this other users sale that's. Pending to go through? Like if he's screwing me what makes you think he's gonna deliver the clan... I want this handled today not wait for him.

This has already been open for investigation the past couple days and we have been working with you. We will be changing our plans here and have notified the seller now of this dispute.
Speaking with Middleman on this, I got the full scoop. This is a case of "rushing" a transaction and why @Middleman rarely does it. When they do, they run into problems like this. In this industry, transactions with new buyers/sellers which are "slowed' down a bit boosts security. Had it been done here, this problem would have been avoided. Middleman paid out of their pocket to help you here @rafflez. Nobody in this industry would do this and compensate you in such a short period of time as well. Ultimately takes the hit unless legal is able to get this resolved on their end which they maybe able to do it but it's still an unknown. For now, this is marked as "resolved" for @rafflez but this person is a clear scammer. Anyone attempting to do business or hire this person as @Disputes always writes out should avoid at all costs. We'll close this dispute once the seller/scammer contacts us and is willing to resolve this.
