Stole Money Warning: [email protected] and [email protected] - Scam Fraud

    I have buyed this account on October 6th paying with Paypal:
    Platinum III == 95 Champions == 15 Skins == Platinum S3 /35summoner icon | PlayerUp - Video Game Accounts Marketplace. Player 2 Player Secure Platform.

    He sent me only userid and pwd, but not the email address (or he didnt change the email address to mine).
    Then yesterday I have found that he changed the account pwd so I can't use it anymore.

    Is the system used by Playerup website to secure transaction between buyers and sellers:
    Middleman: Sellers Guide | PlayerUp - Video Game Accounts Marketplace. Player 2 Player Secure Platform.

    Anyway I don't use Skype (it's bugged on my pc).

    I could pay with Paypal if it's ok for you but I have two questions:

    - do you have to transfer the account to EUW before trasferring to me after my payment, or you can transfer to me then I can change server?

    - after my payment, you will change your account email (to mine) and password (to a temporary one) then i can change the password on LoL website?

    I never bought an account before and I need some assistance :)

    I receive, you can use your account or whatever you want with it, but wait until i receive the money on my bank account. I Am a complicated guy :D

    Only messages from me, he never answered anymore even to emails or skype.

    Hey, thanks.

    I have sent a chargeback request to Paypal, but the seller has disappeared. No answers from him at all.

    I don't know how to get my money back, but in the meantime we should send the prove to Riot than he sold his account to make them ban him?
