    • On February 10, 2024 you placed an order on PlayerUp for $5.15, not $600. Not sure why you posted we took $600 when you paid $5.15. As you can clearly see above, the only purchase you have is for $5.15, not $600. We asked you to explain why you said we owe you $600, you never responded back. It's clear you intentionally are misleading everyone and have bad intentions.
    • That order was also paid for on February 10, 2024 and today is February 17, 2024. It's been 1 week, not months. The seller Dvbbb hasn't delivered (which we will inform to expedite once you confirm) and you have yet to be billed yet for this order.
    • On February 17, 2024, we put this order on hold pending an agreement for which we could resolve with you to move forward with this order. An agreement couldn't be reached.
    • On March 2, 2024, we opted to terminate this transaction, void this tranaction and close your account so no further orders go through in the future. The reason is due to the following:
    1. The cardholder was born in 1952. Nobody is buying a TikTok Account at the age of 72+. We do not believe you own the card you paid with and have committed credit card fraud. (Edit: This was later confirmed, the user stole someones credit card information)
    2. We can't get simple issues resolved with you. We can't get clear answers from you on anything. How can we perform a transaction with you when you aren't being transparent and answering our questions?
    3. You failed to validate your error and resolve your issue.
    4. You are clearly not serious about doing a transaction, prefer to cause problems instead which makes us again believe you didn't actually pay for this order yourself.

    In your final reply to us, this is what you said:

    How ironic is it that you accuse us of doing something that you actually did yourself. The Photo ID you uploaded has already been removed and we don't store credit card information.

    This case is now considered closed and your PlayerUp Account has been closed for attempting to purchase an account on PlayerUp using a 72+ year old womans credit card information without their consent.

    lol now you guys respond I have heard you are all scammers also the buyer wrote me and acted like I didn’t buy anything from you guys this middleman service is a huge scam it’s been too long for me to get an account that is so cheap you guys ignored me never wrote me until I left a review regardless I was scammed and I’m sure I won’t be getting anything

    Yes lets believe everything you hear.

    Reality is you weren't scammed and we opted to not move forward with doing business with you. 100% of the funds sent to us have been returned to the cardholder.
